1. The service

SEMDIV is a suite of six web apps — Scribe, Folio, Sparkdeck, Gridora, Pressa and FluxCut. Right now every app is free to use. We may add paid plans later; if we do, we'll show the price clearly before you pay anything, and the Free plan stays.

2. Your account

Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you're under 18, use SEMDIV only with a parent or guardian's consent. You can delete your account at any time from your workspace.

3. Your content

What you create or upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it back to you so the apps work. We don't claim ownership, and we don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models.

4. Fair use

Please don't use SEMDIV to:

break the law, or store or share content that infringes someone else's rights;
upload malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
harass people or share content that exploits or harms others;
create accounts automatically or resell the service.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

5. Keep your own copies

Files kept on your device live in your browser, so clearing browser data, switching browsers or losing the device can remove them. Export or download anything important. We work to keep your saved data safe but can't promise it will never be lost.

6. No warranty

SEMDIV is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise it will always be online, error-free or right for a particular purpose — for example, check compressed files and exported documents before relying on them.

7. Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, SEMDIV isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or change or retire features; we'll update the date above and flag significant changes in the app. You can stop using SEMDIV at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
