Questions about plans
What does one Pro plan cover?
Every Pro feature in all six apps — Scribe, Folio, Sparkdeck, Gridora, FluxCut and Pressa — on one account.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — no extra tax is added at checkout.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through PayU's secure checkout. SEMDIV never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 2 days of full Pro, once per account, with no payment details needed. When it ends your account goes back to Free; nothing is deleted.
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. Each plan is paid once for its period (a week, a month or a year). We email you before it ends, and you renew only if you want to.
Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?
You can stop any time — Pro simply doesn't renew, and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable, except for a duplicate or failed charge. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What happens to my files if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every document, and Pro-only features lock again until you renew.
