Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every account can try Pro free for 2 days, once, without entering any payment details. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it. We encourage you to use the trial before buying.

2. What you pay for

Pro is sold as a pass for a fixed period: ₹49 for a week, ₹149 for a month, ₹1,199 for a year. Prices include all taxes. Each pass is paid once — it does not renew automatically.

3. Cancelling

You can stop at any time. Because passes don't renew automatically, cancelling simply means not buying the next one — there's nothing to switch off. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your documents and files are never deleted when Pro ends.

4. Refunds

Pro is delivered instantly and in full, so payments are not refundable once your plan is active, including for unused days. We do refund in these cases:

you were charged twice for the same purchase;
money left your account but the payment failed or Pro was not activated within 24 hours;
a charge you did not make, reported to us within 7 days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a little longer to show it.

5. How to ask

Email hello@semdiv.com from your account's email address with the payment ID from your receipt (or the date and amount). We reply within two working days.
